Programs

Two ways to begin.

Some people come to us about one specific thing. Others want the full picture of where their health is at. We built a way in for each — and the same clinical method underneath both.

One question

Are you coming to us about something specific you’d like sorted — or are you more after a full picture of where your health is at?

That one question is how every conversation with us starts. Answer it, and you already know your door.

Door one · For a specific goal

Six programs, one objective each.

Each program is built around a single goal — the testing weighted to it, the plan written for it, every review framed against it. Each runs in blocks — three months as the standard unit, or one month where an acute presentation is expected to resolve within weeks — and your treatment is formally reviewed before it continues. That review isn't an add-on. It is the program.

Goal program

  • Results explained by your doctor, in plain language
  • A personalised plan, formally reviewed at the end of every block

Goal program

Weight Loss

  • Metabolic and hormonal testing before any treatment decision
  • A medically supervised, individually built plan
  • Formal clinical review at the end of every block

Goal program

Injury & Repair

A structured, medically supervised path through recovery — assessed properly, monitored throughout.

  • A plan built with your doctor, adjusted as you progress
  • Reviewed formally at the end of every block

Goal program

Strength & Muscle

For people who want to build muscle and get stronger — body composition and strength measured properly, not guessed at.

  • Body composition measured properly — lean mass and fat, not the scales
  • Strength testing, with the hormonal and metabolic bloods relevant to muscle — measured and explained
  • A plan built from your results, formally reviewed at the end of every block

Goal program

Gut Health

Digestive symptoms taken seriously and measured — the gut microbiome assessed, explained, and acted on.

  • Gut microbiome testing, with bloods weighted to the question
  • Results explained by your doctor, in plain language
  • A medically supervised plan, formally reviewed at the end of every block

Goal program

Stress & Cognition

When stress, sleep and focus are running the show — measure what's underneath before acting on it.

  • Testing across the systems that influence energy, sleep and clarity
  • Results translated into a plan you understand
  • Progress formally reviewed at the end of every block

Every goal program starts the same way: testing first, because we don’t guess.

Door two · The full picture

Three levels. One ladder.

No goal branding on this side — you're choosing how deep to go, and your doctor draws the goals out in the room, where a concierge doctor should. Good, better, best: the difference between the levels is depth, not quality.

Start here

RESTORE

Those who want a proper, considered starting point.

RESTORE is the entry level, not a lesser one. A focused six-month program built around one question. A considered baseline to begin — bloods, gut microbiome, continuous glucose monitoring, urine and ECG — returned as a written report you keep, and a medically supervised plan you can act on. At six months your bloods are measured again, because that is when a retest is genuinely due — so the decision about what comes next is made with your doctor, on fresh data.

  • Four consultations with your doctor, and two nursing check-ins
  • A focused baseline — bloods, gut microbiome, continuous glucose monitoring, urine and ECG — returned as a written report
  • A supervised, individually guided plan
  • Bloods measured again at six months, included — a retest is due by then, and what comes next is decided on fresh data

Better·The full membership

PILLAR

Those who want the complete picture, across a full year.

The whole-picture membership. The full testing series to begin, an intensive opening phase with your coach alongside from the second week, then structured reviews every seven weeks across twelve months — and bloods and epigenetics retested later in the year, so you see whether it's moving.

  • The full testing series — one integrated view of your health
  • A coaching and performance session from the second week
  • Bloods and epigenetics retested later in the year — so you see whether it's moving
  • An intensive opening phase, then reviews every seven weeks
  • A care plan built, then formally reviewed, with your doctor

Flagship

PINNACLE

Those who want the most data and the most of their doctor.

Everything in PILLAR, plus a full-body MRI and a second epigenomic test, additional appointments across the year, and two rounds of retesting rather than one — the full testing series repeated, so everything measured at the start is measured again — and your choice of practitioner.

  • Everything in PILLAR
  • A full-body MRI
  • A second epigenomic test
  • Additional appointments across the year, used as needed
  • Two rounds of retesting across the year, rather than one
  • The full testing series repeated — everything measured at the start is measured again
  • Choice of practitioner

All three follow the same shape. The difference is depth, not quality. Find your starting point in two minutes →

The method

Every program travels the same three stages.

Whichever door you enter, the journey is the same — only the depth changes.

Stage one

Insight

Testing and data. We find out what's actually going on in your biology. How deep we go is the program you choose.

Stage two

Educate

What the results mean for you, specifically. Your doctor and coach translate the data into a plan you understand.

Stage three

Empower

You, in control of your own preventative health — with us alongside you, and your numbers checked over time.

Empower is the destination, not the epilogue. This is where we’re taking you.

Considered answers

Questions, answered.

Start with one question: is there something specific you'd like sorted, or do you want the full picture of where your health is at? A specific goal points to one of the six goal programs. The full picture points to RESTORE, PILLAR or PINNACLE. Every relationship begins with an introduction appointment, and there's no obligation to proceed.

The doorway, not the standard of care. Goal programs are built around one objective — the testing weighted to it, the plan framed against it. The levels are for those who want the whole picture, at the depth they choose. The same clinical assessment sits behind every door.

Because your treatment is formally reviewed before it continues — we check it's working and adjust it if it isn't. The standard block is three months. Where an acute presentation is expected to resolve within weeks, your doctor may set a one-month block instead. Either way, the review is part of the program, not an add-on, and a program renews only where it's clinically indicated.

Depth. RESTORE is a proper, considered starting point — six months, built around one question, with a focused baseline and your bloods measured again at six months, when a retest is genuinely due. PILLAR is the whole picture: the full testing series, a structured year with your doctor with reviews every seven weeks after the opening phase, a coach alongside from the second week, and bloods and epigenetics retested later in the year. PINNACLE adds appointments, a full-body MRI and a second epigenomic test, and a second round of retesting — the full testing series repeated, so everything measured at the start is measured again — and choice of practitioner. All three re-measure; what changes is how often, and how broadly. The difference is depth, not quality.

That's a clinical decision, and it can't be made before you've been assessed. Where your results indicate treatment, your doctor will talk it through with you — including what the supervision around it looks like.

An introduction appointment. We listen, discuss your goals and history, and recommend a starting point. Then testing — because we don't guess.

Yes. We work with individuals and with organisations investing in the long-term performance and resilience of their people. Speak with us about a tailored arrangement.
