How it works.
The PK27 Method is a continuous loop — Test, Implement, Retest. We establish a precise diagnostic baseline, translate it into a personalised protocol across nutrition, training, recovery and clinical support, then re-measure and refine over time.
PK27 uses advanced diagnostics including genomic testing, epigenetic (biological age) testing and microbiome analysis, alongside measures such as blood biomarkers, body composition (DEXA) and cardiorespiratory fitness (VO₂ max).
It depends on the marker and the program — some change within weeks, others over months. Your retesting cadence is set with your clinician.
